Mexico's Costa Maya
The Costa Maya is a government sponsored investment to rejuvenate the economy of the southern part of the State of Quintana Roo. As a buyer you are merely following the investments of the federal and state governments. With its' new cruise ship dock, Costa Maya is now being promoted as a cruise ship destination in the western Caribbean. To further attract nautical tourism, several marinas have been targeted for completion along Costa Maya at Xcalak, Mahahual, and EL Uvero. To get there, visitors can fly to the international airports of Cancun, Merida, or Cozumel. From these airports, there are regular connections to Chetumal International Airport. In Chetumal one can rent cars or take a taxi or bus to Costa Maya. |
